You must enroll your HawkID account in Two-Step Login in order to access this service. Two-Step Login is a way to further protect personal and institutional data by requiring something (such as an enrolled mobile phone) in addition to the pairing of username and password, to verify the identity of the person attempting to log into this service. You must enroll before March 8.

HawkID Login for Employee Self Service

Access to Employee Self Service requires a HawkID and Password. New Employees receive a HawkID and Password shortly after starting employment. Former Employees may access Employee Self Service for 18 months after leaving the University.
